MOSCOW, Russia (WTHR) - Cindy Harris of Indianapolis won the women's division of the Ostankino Tower Run in Moscow Saturday.
Harris climbed 1,704 steps in 12 minutes and 15 seconds. That's 120 floors of the tallest free-standing structure on the continent - a radio and TV tower in Moscow.
Cindy has won the Bop to the Top at the One America Tower multiple times.
She is ranked number two in the world by the tower running world association.
