13 Weather Academy
Kids are curious, especially when it comes to science and the weather! That’s why WTHR is proud to bring the 13 Weather Academy to elementary schools across the area.
It’s a fun, interactive experience geared just for kids, giving them hands-on knowledge about the science behind the weather.
It’s our hope that our school visits will challenge kids to think, observe, and analyze the physical world around them.
13 Weather Academy helps student in many aspects of their lives, but these skills can also keep them safe when the weather around them turns for the worse.
