INDIANAPOLIS — If you are downtown this weekend, you'll likely see a lot of creative and colorful costumes on display.
Indy PopCon is back in Indy for its 11th year at the Indiana Convention Center. The three day convention celebrates all things pop culture, drawing thousands of visitors from across the Midwest.
PopCon Indy, which runs from Friday, April 26 through Sunday, April 28, features artists, vendors, esports, wrestling and over 40 celebrity appearances.
Some of the notable celebrity appearances this year include Andy Serkis and Elijah Wood from 'Lord of the Rings', Chandler Riggs from 'The Walking Dead' and Dean Norris from 'Breaking Bad.'
Over the past decade, PopCon has established itself alongside similar conventions like Indiana Comic Con and Gen Con.
If you missed the first two days, tickets are still available for Sunday. The convention goes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the final day.
