SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WTHR) — Chuck Lofton and Angela Buchman kicked off the Weather Academy in Speedway.
They stopped by Mrs. Wiecher’s 3rd grade class at Fisher Elementary for a chat with students Wednesday.
