NEW YORK (WTHR) - Don't worry, Betty White is fine.
The TODAY Show reached out to a representative of the 98-year-old actress after Twitter blew up Wednesday night wishing for her well-being.
"Betty is fine," the rep said.
White was trending Wednesday after actor Tom Hanks and his wife, actress Rita Wilson, tested positive for coronavirus in Australia. Fans turned to Twitter to offer their well wishes.
"Someone get Betty White into her own quarantine... we can’t lose her #CoronaOutbreak," one person wrote.
Both White and Hanks are in the over-60 age demographic that the Centers for Disease Control has warned are most vulnerable to COVID-19.
