Victim identified in Kokomo beating death

KOKOMO, Ind. — Kokomo police identified the victim in a beating death from July 4.

Anthony DeWayne Hardimon, 50, was found unconscious in the yard of a home at 1824 N. Jay Street. 

He was taken to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.

An autopsy was done and Hardimon's death was ruled a homicide.
