Live Doppler 13 Weather Blog: Sunny and seasonal stretch

A dome of high pressure takes control of our weather and brings a quiet pattern through the early part of this week.

INDIANAPOLIS — We have another sunny and quiet day as the Colts take on the Titans. Sunday will be cool down at Touchdown Town with temperatures warming from the 50s in the morning to highs in the low 70s during the game. 

Sunday will be breezy at times with 20-25 mph gusts from the northeast possible.

Skies stay clear and the air turns cooler overnight with lows in the low 40s in the Indy metro and in the upper 30s across northern Indiana. 

Some patchy frost is possible.

A dome of high pressure takes control of our weather, keeping a quiet pattern around through the early part of the week. Expect plenty of sunshine and seasonal highs in the low 70s through Tuesday. 

Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week with highs in the mid 70s.

We're watching our next storm system develop later this week when a cold front looks to move through the state by late Thursday. Stray rain chances as well as a big cool down may be coming, along with highs potentially only in the 50s by next Friday.
