INDIANAPOLIS — Sunshine builds in for the afternoon with high temperatures dropping below average today in the low 80s. We should still be near 85 at this point in the season.
It will stay clear and mild overnight with lows near 60. Wednesday will be another pleasant day as a dome of high pressure builds in through the Midwest. Highs will remain slightly below average in the low 80s under a mostly sunny sky.
This dry stretch continues through the end of the week with temperatures rebounding into the mid 80s Thursday and Friday.
We're watching a storm system for the weekend that will bring our next rain chance by late in the day on Saturday with a few scattered storms on Sunday. The pattern remains unsettled through next Monday with rain chances exiting the forecast by next Tuesday.
