A stray shower is possible tonight, but most of the rain will fall on Friday. Grab the umbrella for scattered showers and maybe a thunderstorm on Friday. We are tracking a powerful cold front that will drop temperatures from the 70s to the 40s in just a few hours Friday evening. The rain will end late Friday evening. Temperatures will fall into the middle and upper 30s. We are thinking there will be enough wind that a frost threat will be minimized but some patchy frost is possible early Saturday.
Saturday will be windy and chilly, with afternoon temperatures only in the 50s. There is some sunshine in the forecast this weekend and the warmer day will be Sunday, as highs rebound back into the 60s.
