FISHERS, Ind. — A semi fire forced the closure of all northbound lanes of Interstate 69 in Fishers Wednesday morning.
Around 5:30 a.m. May 22, INDOT confirmed there was a semi engulfed in flames along northbound I-69 near Brooks School Road.
The southbound lanes of I-69 were blocked for roughly 45 minutes but have since reopened.
INDOT estimated the northbound lanes could be blocked for as long as six hours Wednesday morning for cleanup and investigation.
