INDIANAPOLIS — Motorists traveling on the north side of Indianapolis should prepare for overnight weekend delays this month.
INDOT has announced that the ramp connecting U.S. 31 to eastbound Interstate 465 will begin overnight closures over the course of two weekends.
Beginning Friday, May 10 at 9 p.m., the ramp will be closed to complete a bridge deck overlay and to repair concrete railings. The work is expected to be completed by Monday, May 13 at 6 a.m., weather-permitting.
Crews will again close the ramp the very next weekend starting Friday, May 17 at 9 p.m. and re-open it Monday, May 20 at 6 a.m.
INDOT reminds all drivers to slow down to ensure the safety of workers. INDOT says the work is weather-dependent and could be subject to change.
