INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – After being closed for more than two weeks, and a delay due to weather, INDOT finally has some good news for drivers.
Interstate 465 eastbound and northbound has reopened on the southeast side of Indianapolis!
INDOT made the announcement Sunday night, opening I-465 just in time for Monday morning traffic.
The following sections are now open:
- US 40 to I-465
- US 52 to I-465
- Shadeland to I-465
One finished project leads to another. I-465 southbound and westbound will close starting at 9 p.m. Sept. 6 and will be closed until Sept. 21.
