NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — It's tournament time for boys high school basketball, and Friday night's sectional games at Noblesville High School featured the top three teams in our state on Operation Basketball.
The second-ranked Noblesville Millers met the Westfield Shamrocks, ranked No. 3, and this one was a lot of fun. The Mill was jam-packed, a sellout.
Noblesville came out absolutely firing, running to a 20-point lead in the second half. Westfield was looking to get back in it, but the Millers were simply too much in this one, dominating this star-studded matchup, 71-43 final.
Noblesville is headed to Saturday night's sectional championship against Fishers.
