INDIANAPOLIS — Susan G. Komen's "More than Pink" walk has a new date.
The walk, which was originally scheduled for the spring, then moved to August by the coronavirus pandemic, was finally pushed back to October 10 and is now a virtual event.
"While this is incredibly disappointing, the health and safety of our constituents, volunteers, sponsors, and the community at large remain our priority. We are continuing to monitor the situation and we remain here for the women and men touched by breast cancer who need our assistance," the organization wrote in March, when the event was moved the first time.
