The customers affected, according to an online Duke outage map, are grouped in three pockets stretching from just south of 146th Street north to Grand Park and Westfield High School. Portions of Westfield's downtown business district are also without power.

A Duke spokesman says crews are addressing the problem and estimates that power will be restored by early Sunday afternoon.

As of 2:30 p.m., outages were significantly reduced with about 84 customers without power.

By 3:30 p.m., virtually all power was restored from the outage.
