West Lafayette - Two Purdue University students who've attracted national attention by shouting flattering comments at complete strangers are taking their feel-good act on tour.
Cameron Brown and Brett Westcott begin their 10-city tour July 20 in New Orleans as part of Kodak's BrightSide Tour. Their road show ends July 31 in Rochester, N.Y., Kodak's hometown.
Brown and Westcott earned the nickname "the compliment guys" for the flattering comments they began shouting at passing classmates in March outside a building on Purdue's campus.
They gained an Internet following after news stories appeared about their complimentary ways.
The pair, who'll be juniors at Purdue this fall, say the money they earn from their tour will help pay their college expenses.
