INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Crews were testing out the new light show Monday on Monument Circle.
In addition to lights, they also added a stage and a state-of-the-art sound system.
Funding from Lilly Endowment made it possible.
Nightly shows are planned, many of which will pay tribute to the Soldiers and Sailors Monument.
