TERRE HAUTE, IN - Some sad news for a Terre Haute family, as their two year old son, Colton Murray passed away yesterday morning, according to his family's Facebook page, Coltonstrong.
We first met Colton as he was gearing up for a trip to the Big Apple for the National Down Syndrome Society who selected his photo to be in their annual Times Square video presentation.
Colton had Down Syndrome and a congenital heart defect. He spent his last days in Riley Hospital with his family by his side. According to the Facebook post, he suffered from an infection that made breathing difficult.
