Former IU coach Bob Knight buys house in Bloomington

The home sold for $572,500.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WTHR) — Former IU coach Bob Knight could be coming back to Bloomington.

Eyewitness News has confirmed that Knight and his wife have purchased a home in the Shadow Creek Subdivision, which is in the College Park Mall area of the Indiana city where he rose to prominence as coach of the Hoosiers.

It is 4,800 square feet and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The home sold for $572,500.

It is not yet clear whether or not the Knight's plan to live in the home or not.
