FISHERS, Ind. (WTHR) — A former Goodwill employee who allegedly recorded women in the store's bathroom was in court on Wednesday afternoon.
Fishers police arrested Ritchie Hodges earlier this month.
He faces 28 counts of voyeurism plus six counts of child pornography.
His initial hearing was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
The Fishers Goodwill is also the focus of a lawsuit.
The suit claims Goodwill was negligent in hiring Hodges because he has a criminal history as a sex offender.
