INDIANAPOLIS — The Children's Museum of Indianapolis will re-open in phases to limited audiences. Donor families will be able to start going June 24. Member families may go starting on June 29. A reopening date for the general public will be released later this week.

The biggest change is you must make an online-reservation before you go and all tickets must be purchased online in advance as well.

During your visit, all guests over the age of two must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

The museum plans to operate below 50 percent capacity, which is approximately 3,000 guests.

The popular interactive playscape area will be closed. The museum will also close exhibits periodically during the day for cleaning, this include the sports equipment in the outdoor areas.

You will also see wipes and hand sanitizer available for use throughout your visit.
