BROWNSBURG, Ind. (WTHR) - Brownsburg police are investigating a shooting in 400 block of Sugar Bush North Lane.
Police say they responded to the address after a call of a domestic disturbance around 2:30 p.m. Friday.
When officers arrived they found a man shot inside the home.
Medics transported the man to the hospital where he underwent surgery.
Police say a woman inside the home also went to the hospital for a medical condition.
Police say they believe the woman shot the man.
The names of the man and woman have not been released.
Police say the man shot was alert and talking at the time of transport.
