Indianapolis, Dec. 17 - Indianapolis police shut down a large meth operation on the city's southeast side.
An informant told investigators that meth was being produced at a home on South State Street. Authorities seized cold medication, burners and hydrogen peroxide, among other products.
Authorities arrested Kenneth Norris for manufacturing and possessing meth.
IPD Lt. Brad McFerran says, "The gentleman arrested for this stated he was selling it as quickly as he could manufacture it. That's probably why we didn't recover the actual methamphetamines itself."
The suspect, accused of making the meth, was also wanted on a warrant for check deception.
