INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Altaire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has voluntarily recalled over-the-counter eye drops sold at CVS because they may not be sterile.
The following products are included in the recall:

Altaire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has not had any reports of adverse incidents for any of the products. The recall is out of precaution after the FDA determined a lack of sterility assurance in the manufacturing facility.
