INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - The Heartland Film Festival is now underway, and one movie is doing more than just entertaining.
Seth Maxwell is an Indianapolis native and graduate of Franklin Central High School. He joined WTHR on Wednesday to discuss The Thirst Project, a virtual reality documentary which is being shown at Heartland.
