VANCOUVER (WTHR) - Johnny Depp delivered quite a special treat at the British Columbia Children's Hospital in Vancouver Monday.
Depp dressed as his famous "Pirates of the Caribbean" character Jack Sparrow and spoke in character for the hospital's patients.
The hospital said Depp was there for more than five hours, meeting with every patient.
Depp has been known to show up unannounced as Jack Sparrow. He surprised visitors to Disneyland's Pirates of the Caribbean ride in April when he appeared in full costume.
