INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a fatal shooting on the city's west side Wednesday night that resulted in one death.
It happened around 9 p.m. in the 7800 block of Cimarron Trail near 10th Street & Country Club Road.
Police said there were two victims, one of which died. The deceased victim has been identified as 25-year-old Christopher Wolf. The other victim, who was taken to a hospital in stable condition, has not been identified.
Police said nearly a dozen shots were fired in the incident. It's believed to have happened outside and stemmed from a disturbance.
Police don't have any suspects in custody at this time.
