FREETOWN, Ind. — A Jackson County man has been arrested and charged after allegedly raping a teenager.
According to a release from the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, around 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 4, deputies received a report about a sexual assault that took place earlier that morning in Freetown, Indiana.
A 15-year-old male reported they had been sexually assaulted by a 45-year-old Bradley Moore, of Freetown. Further investigation revealed Moore had requested and paid for an explicit image of the 15-year-old on Feb. 3. The man then fondled and raped the 15-year-old the next morning.
Deputies arrested Moore, and prosecutors charged him with promotion of sex trafficking, rape and sexual misconduct with a minor.
Freetown is roughly 65 miles south of downtown Indianapolis.
