CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHR) - A western Indiana man is in jail, facing charges of having sex with a teenage girl.
Police arrested 39-year-old Tony Brock of Brazil on felony charges of sexual misconduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The arrest follows an investigation that started in November 2018 after state police received a report that a 13-year-old girl had been sexually abused. After the investigation revealed Brock's alleged actions, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He was taken into custody without incident in Vermillion County and is being held at the Clay County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
