A woman was killed and another woman was injured after being shot on Indy’s east side Friday evening.
Police said the shooting happened near 38th Street and Post Road around 5 p.m.
Medics transported one person to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition. The condition on the second victim was unknown, but police said later that one of the victims had died.
Ariana Holston, 22, was later identified as the victim who died in the incident. Holston was pregnant at the time of her death, according to the Marion County coroner.
Police have not released any information about a suspect.
