FRANKFORT, Ind. — A Speedway man was arrested Friday in Clinton County for child molestation.
Jason Walden, 44, was arrested by detectives from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and Lafayette Police Department.
Walden’s arrest was the result of a joint investigation by both agencies.
He now faces 3 counts of Level 1 Felony Child Molestation and 2 counts of Level 4 Child Molestation of a victim under the age of 14 in Clinton County.
The prosecutor's office will determine final charges. Walden's initial court appearance had not been scheduled as of Saturday morning.
