Fall Creek Place

The design concept was to create both open areas and privacy in one home. Wide-open space is great, but paying attention to sight lines is also important, and rooms meant for privacy are orientated with this mind.

Builder: ZMC Urban Homes

ZMC Urban Homes was founded by Patrick Stroup who has over 32 years of experience in the homebuilding business. Having built over 130 new homes in Fall Creek Place and surrounding neighborhoods, he understands that homebuilding is more than just assembling a stack of sticks and bricks, collecting a check, and handing over a set of keys. He knows you are not just purchasing a product but a process as well. Your experience throughout that process will determine your satisfaction with your new home as much as the quality and craftsmanship.

We view your home as the result of a partnership between ZMC and you. We encourage you to make the custom changes that fit your lifestyle. One of our primary goals when we work with you is to ensure that the space, features, and rooms in your new home don’t go unused or under-used. We want to build the most livable customized home just for you.

As in any partnership, there are responsibilities on both sides but we are there throughout to explain what needs to be done and what to expect. Most importantly, we listen. You will have a lot of choices to make when you build a new home but we will be there every step of the way to assist, advise, and ensure you feel confident in each of those decisions. Building a new home is one of the biggest financial and emotional investments you will make. It is exciting and maybe even a little scary at first but the rewards of realizing your dreams are well worth it. You can trust ZMC Urban Homes to help you get there.

Neighborhood: Fall Creek Place

Fall Creek Place offers the best of both worlds. Situated on the near northside of Indy, its residents who work downtown have a 10-minute commute but also live just a quick 15-minute drive from destinations like Keystone at the Crossing and Castleton Square Mall. The neighborhood is home to a growing business community that includes Goose the Market, Salon Orange Moon, MashCraft Brewing’s brand new second location, and several restaurants offering quick bites. Plus, the wide variety of home prices and housing types in the area means there’s a place for everyone.
