Compendium Group

This whole-home renovation located in the Windsor Park neighborhood is a true reflection of a Compendium Group project. The actual structure was stripped down to the studs. We improved the foundation, leveled and reinforced the framing, and adjusted the floor plan to have a more modern layout. The exterior was encapsulated with foam, along with modern interior insulation methods to maximize energy efficiency.

The interior of the project is an interpretation of how we approach many of our designs with clients. White-oak hardwoods, matte black hardware, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and shiplap walls lend a comfortable, modern aesthetic. This home also includes several smarthome options to control access, HVAC systems, security, audio, and data.

Builder: Compendium Group

Compendium Group is an urban development, restoration, and construction company focused on the downtown Indianapolis area. We truly value transparency, communication, and reliability, and that translates into every relationship throughout our process. We are committed to building something extraordinary with our clients as a partner. Sustainable construction processes and methods are a passion of ours as we seek to include those strategies in every home or project we execute.

By definition, a compendium is a collection of things that have been gathered together and presented as a whole. The building process with us is just that—a compendium of ideas, people, and resources brought together to present a finished product: your home, business, or revitalized building. Together, we can build extraordinary.
