A federal judge sentenced Martin Shkreli, former chief executive of Turing Pharmaceuticals Friday to a seven-year prison term, and fines for the 2017 securities fraud and conspiracy convictions that upended the drug industry investor's career. Shkreli has exhibited some devil-may-care facial expressions since his troubles began.
