BOONE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHR) - A mother in Boone County heads to court next month for allegedly leaving her daughter with disabilities in a car.

According to court documents, Doris Lindsay allegedly left her 28-year-old daughter, who is non-verbal and has special needs, strapped in the back of her SUV in the parking lot of a restaurant where she worked.
