WNDU all clear after employees evacuated for bomb threat


SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WTHR) — The NBC-affiliate in South Bend has been cleared after a bomb threat was made on Thursday afternoon.

According to WNDU, a bomb threat in the form of an email was made to staff. That's when employees evacuated the building.

Police swept the area and found no threat.

WNDU was one of several places that received bomb threats within the state as well as nationally on Thursday.
