What's Cooking: HercuLean Meal Prep

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTHR) - You hear a lot about resolutions to pursue a healthy eating lifestyle this time of year. Tonight, a different twist for our “What’s Cooking” segment.

If you haven’t already heard of HercuLean Meal Prep, you will soon. It’s a new way to think about healthy food.

It started with two brothers, one a chef, the other a body builder. They joined forces to come up with a winning combination of tasty and good-for-you meals. Their customers love it.

“I think what most people do when they meal prep at home, chicken brown rice and broccoli, over and over and over again, said co-owner Ben Canary. “It works but it's hard to sustain that because it gets really boring.”

“Seven days a week we are open, so someone's in here, said Nate Canary. “We are here to answer questions deal with concerns, make sure everyone is still making progress.”

HercuLean meals cost between $7.00 and $10 each. The more you order, the lower the price.
