Westfield considering Grand Junction Plaza
WESTFIELD, Ind. (WTHR) — The city council in Westfield will consider a new park at a meeting Monday.
It would be called Grand Junction Plaza and include an amphitheatre, playground, trails, garden seating and a café.
The fun doesn't end when the snow falls because the park would have ice skating in the winter.
If approved, construction would begin this summer and be completed in 2021.
A property tax increase would not be needed to fund the project.
