Weekend rain chances

We start the weekend with dry weather and slightly above average temperatures. Highs top out in the mid 70s. Clouds increase through the day with an approaching cold front. This boundary will bring a few stray showers this evening and overnight. Lows will be in the upper 50s overnight.

Showers linger through early Sunday with lots of dry time in the afternoon. Temperatures recover to the lower 70s during the day. Another round of showers pushes in in the evening into the overnight.

By Monday morning, most of the rain should exit the area with a clearing sky. Becoming mostly sunny but rather chilly with highs in the upper 60s.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be mild and sunny with another cold front set to bring showers in Thursday into Friday morning.
