There is more sunshine in the forecast on Monday with highs in the 60s.

The Live Doppler 13 Weather team is tracking a big weather pattern change Tuesday through Thursday next week.  This pattern change will include much colder air, rain and snow, and the threat for a hard freeze.  You will want to follow the forecast closely and stay weather aware next week.  Here is what we know right now.  Tuesday will be a difficult day to forecast, as a cold front arrives. Ahead of the front, parts of our area will have highs in the 60s. Behind the front temperatures will fall.  All of our area will be behind the front later in the day Tuesday.  There will be some rain showers along the front and as the colder air arrives the rain mixes with some snow showers.  There will be a chance for morning snow on Wednesday with a few mixed rain and snow showers on Wednesday afternoon.  Highs will only be in the 40s.  We will also be concerned with a hard freeze Wednesday morning and Thursday morning.  Milder air returns later in the week.
