INDIANAPOLIS — An upper level low will move over central Indiana. Snow showers will arrive by late afternoon and will continue into mid evening.
Snow showers will be intense at times and snow squalls will be possible too. Snow squalls are fast-hitting bands of snow that bring down visibility very quickly.
Winds will be out of the south/southwest from 10 to 15 mph. Snow showers will be whipping around in gusty winds of 20 to 25 mph. Some isolated areas will pick up around an inch of snow under the more intense bursts of snow. Snow will end by 8 p.m. this evening.
