Severe storms moved through central Indiana this afternoon, bringing severe winds near 60 mph and causing damage.
The National Weather Service is estimating winds near 60 mph across parts of Hendricks County.
Those severe winds brought down trees and caused power outages.
There was also damage to a building under construction near Brownsburg. Unfortunately, there were injuries reported too.

The threat for severe storms will linger for the far eastern part of the state through about 6:30 p.m.
