INDIANAPOLIS — We have been tracking this slow moving weather system for the last couple of days and we have one more day with it. This means grab the rain gear for Carb Day at IMS on Friday.
There will be some showers and maybe a rumble of thunder possible. Similar to the last couple of days, a few dry hours are possible. It will be cooler, with highs in the range of 65 to 70.
We are back into sunshine by Saturday afternoon with highs in the middle 70s. The weather pattern starts to heat up for the Indy 500 on Sunday and early next week.
We have sunshine and mid 80s in the Sunday forecast with highs near 90 on Memorial Day.
