June will finish as a very dry month but rain chances return for the start of July.

INDIANAPOLIS — The month of June has been a dry one. So far, Indianapolis has only recorded 1.18" of rain.

As of today, June 2022 is the eighth-driest month on record. Humidity has remained low as well.

The Drought Monitor has northwest and north central Indiana in a dry category.

While models aren't forecasting a lot of rain, Indy will take what it can get. This model is forecasting around one-tenth to two-tenths of an inch rain.
