INDIANAPOLIS — A round of snow created slick roads Saturday morning as a cold front tracked across central Indiana.

The winds have returned out of the northwest behind the front and will continue to gusts around 30 mph. Highs today will remain in the 20s, with wind chills in the single digits and teens.

A few additional snow showers and flurries are likely this afternoon and evening. Snow should wrap up before midnight. Again, accumulations will be minor like this morning, but roads are cold enough that snow will stick. Be Weather Aware and prepare for slick roads.

Sunday will be filled with sunshine as a high pressure system clears out the clouds. However, temperatures will remain unseasonally cold. Sunday morning will start out in the teens, with single digit wind chills. Temperatures will be able to climb above freezing later with highs reaching the mid-to-upper 30s.
