INDIANAPOLIS — Much of the United States continues to see mild temperatures, allowing the snow to melt away. Snow coverage in the U.S. is now down to 30.5%.
North central Indiana still has some snow depth.
Snow melt continues again today, with temperatures above average. And rain will also help continue the snow melt. Spotty rain will be around later tonight through early Saturday morning. Only a tenth of an inch will be possible, but it will remain as rain, not snow.
Another round of heavier rain returns Saturday night into Sunday morning.
