Hope you find some time to get outside today! While we won't see the record high for this date of 77 in 1958, it will still feel wonderful - with an expected high around 72.
Look for a warm day Friday, as well. But things will change to cold as a storm system arrives later in the day. Central Indiana will be in the warm part of this strong storm system on Friday. so look for rain and possibly some thunderstorms.
In back of the front, cold air moves in Saturday morning. Look for a high temperature of only 40 on Saturday, with the possibility of gusty winds and the first flurries or snow showers of the season. North of Indianapolis, there will be enough snow for a quick coating on a rooftop or grassy area. This chill will last into Sunday too. Overnight lows will drop to the 20s and daytime highs only near 40 for the end of the weekend.
