SPOKANE, Washington (WTHR) - A winter storm in the state of Washington left a calf nearly frozen in place.

“Oreo” was found covered in snow and ice in Spokane.

Farmers immediately brought the newborn calf indoors to be thawed.

In order to warm him up, they had to rub a towel against his body in the same motion that his mother would lick him.

Oreo is expected to be okay.
