CLARKSDALE, Miss. (WTHR) — A woman in Clarksdale, Mississippi witnessed an act of kindness and couldn't help but share it.

Spring Bowlin was waiting to checkout at Walmart when she noticed a moment of kindness between the cashier and the man checking out in front of her.

After being told his grocery total, the man in front of her stumbled to count the correct amount of change for the cashier.

"I'm so sorry," he said apologetically, according to Bowlin's Facebook post.

Instead of continuing to watch him try and count the change, the cashier made the man dump it on the conveyer.

"This is not a problem, honey," she said. "We will do this together."

The change was counted and the transaction completed.

Noticing this heartwarming moment, Bowlin thanked the cashier for being so patient with the man.

"You shouldn't have to thank me, baby," the cashier said. "What's wrong with our world is we've forgotten how to love one another."
