Volunteers plant fruits, vegetables at Indy Urban Acres Farm

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Volunteers got together Thursday morning to start planting fruits and veggies on the Indy Urban Acres farm at the Eskenazi Health Center Pecar.

They're hoping to grow nearly 20,000 pounds of food.

They'll give away that food to the thousands of people who come to the Crooked Creek Food Pantry each week.
